Our Story

Heals on Wheels didn’t begin as an idea or a business plan. It grew out of years spent listening closely to women, to bodies, to what doesn’t get resolved through effort alone. Again and again, the same pattern appeared. Women who were capable, responsible, and emotionally aware...yet disconnected from themselves in quiet ways.

They weren’t broken. They were tired of holding everything together. Over time, it became clear that healing needed a different container. One that allowed movement without rush, connection without performance, and support without pressure. A space where slowing down wasn’t a setback but the work itself.

Heals on Wheels was created to hold that space. Not as a retreat from life, but as a return to it...steadier, clearer, and more connected than before.

Letter From the Founder

Dear Woman,

If you’re here, I want you to pause for a moment.

Not to analyze.
Not to decide.
Just to notice what your body is doing as you read this.

Most women who arrive here don’t come because they are broken.
They come because they are tired of being strong in ways that cost them softness.

I know this place intimately, because I’ve lived it.

For many years, I functioned well.
I achieved. I managed. I held myself together.
But inside, my body carried stories my mind couldn’t solve.

I learned early how to survive.
Later, I learned how to succeed.
It took much longer to learn how to receive.

What I’ve discovered, through my own healing and through walking with thousands of women, is this:

Healing doesn’t happen when you try harder.
It happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to let go.

That’s what HEALS ON WHEELS was born from.

Not from an idea.
From lived truth.

This journey is not about fixing you.
You are not a project.

It’s about creating the conditions where your body no longer needs to brace…
where your heart doesn’t have to guard…
where your femininity doesn’t have to stay alert to survive.

Here, we slow down, not because we are behind,
but because rushing has kept us disconnected.

We travel, not to escape life,
but to remember ourselves away from the noise.

We gather, not to compare or perform,
but to sit in a shared field of safety, softness, and truth.

I don’t promise dramatic breakthroughs for the mind.
I offer something far more rare:

A regulated body.
An open heart.
A softened inner world.

The kind of healing that quietly changes how you relate to love, work, money, and yourself.

This space is for women who have done enough becoming.
And are ready for remembering.

If something in you softened while reading this,
if your breath changed, even slightly,
that’s not coincidence.

That’s your body recognizing safety.

And if you choose to walk this journey with us,
know this:

You will not be pushed.
You will not be rushed.
You will not be asked to perform healing.

You will be met exactly where you are.

With presence.
With honesty.
With deep respect for your timing.

With love,

Anamika

How healing happens here

01 01

Togetherness

Healing happens in presence. When women sit together without masks, comparison, or expectation, something settles naturally. Here, women are seen, heard, and felt without judgment or the need to explain.

02 02

Transformation

This is not motivational talk or surface-level healing. Transformation here happens through embodied shifts...when the body softens, the heart opens, and the nervous system finds rest. Change isn’t pushed, it emerges when safety is present.

03 03

Travel

Movement changes energy. Stepping away from routine and into new environments allows perspective to shift and the body to reset. Travel here isn’t about escape, it’s about returning closer to yourself.

In their words

Voices from the journey

These words come from women who showed up, slowed down, and returned home carrying something different within them.

You don’t have to hold everything alone

If something in you softened while reading this, you don’t need to analyse it. That quiet response is enough.
